Our client approached Clearly Blue with precisely this ask – to survey the market among their customer and prospects and shape an answer to this question based on the research.

How we rose to the challenge

Clearly Blue conducted a market survey by reaching out to senior L&D leadership via LinkedIn. A questionnaire was prepared and shared with the L&D leadership of prominent enterprises. The responses were gathered and analyzed. The analysis indicated that reskilling of employees was preferred. An insightful, research-backed whitepaper on how and why online learning can be used for reskilling at scale was submitted to the client.
