The 18-year old company had grown organically over the years but had not put much of an effort into marketing They lacked a presence on the internet. They decided that it was time to make a mark on search engines and social media. A smart content marketing plan was needed to impress viewers at the first sight. The client not only wanted to promote HirePro’s products and services but also wanted to manifest their proficiency in enterprise recruitment.

How we rose to the challenge

Clearly Blue established HirePro’s presence in the digital world ab initio. Branding, website design, and website development were successfully accomplished. A talented team of technical writers and designers came up with top-notch blogs and visually-appealing infographics that were focused on the latest topics related to recruitment technology. These were published on the official website under a section named “Resources”.

Further, entrancing content about HirePro’s products and services was posted on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Also, the blogs on the website were promoted on various platforms. Infographics were posted as well.

A year-round content marketing campaign was set out in an attempt to drive visitors to HirePro’s website. All blogs included keywords related to the topic to improve SEO.


Within two months of content marketing efforts, the following was observed:
  • The Resources section on the website had a low bounce rate (23.87%).
  • The maximum number of users on the Resources section was a result of organic traffic from Google (more than paid campaigns on Linkedin and other channels).
  • The pages consumed per session on the website on average was 2.88 and the average session duration was 3.54 minutes.
  • The number of returning visitors to the website was high.
