The Ask

The client, who had not undertaken any focused marketing efforts for 15 years, wanted a dedicated and efficient team to execute a multi-pronged digital marketing exercise. The first and foremost requirement was building a website with robust design and engaging content to enable users to easily gather details about HirePro’s products and services.

How we rose to the challenge

Clearly Blue worked on an extensive branding exercise to establish HirePro’s brand identity in the digital world. Our branding specialists closely worked with HirePro’s top management to determine the colour palette, brand voice, type of content, tone of language, and theme. Choosing from the multiple options presented, HirePro picked the Ekko theme (WordPress) for the new website.

As per Clearly Blue’s standard workflow process, low-fidelity prototypes were created first and were quickly followed by high-fidelity prototypes. The prototypes helped the client clearly understand how all the components would appear on the website.

The website was developed with a focus on user-friendly flow, and the content was crafted carefully. Contemplation on optimal representation of HirePro’s offerings resulted in an information architecture with a separate list each for products and solutions (services).

Once all the nitty-gritty had fallen in place our senior web developer built a website that fulfilled all the requirements. Our digital marketing expert wove in some search engine optimization (SEO) aspects into the web content.


Within two months of content marketing efforts, the following was observed:
  • A five-fold increase in the number of inbound enquiries in five months
  • 70-80% of leads came with a purchase intent
